Resources
- What it does
- The things people book: halls, rooms, desks, bays, the kitchen. Each one has its own row in the diary and can only be booked by one person at a time. Deactivating one hides it from the booking screen and keeps its history.
- Default
- Whatever you added in the setup wizard.
- For
- Every venue needs at least one.
- For example
- A therapy practice. Room one, room two, the group room.
- A village hall. Main hall, committee room, kitchen, car park.
- A co-working hub. Twenty desks, two meeting rooms, a podcast booth.
Add several alike
- What it does
- Add a numbered run of identical things in one go. Type the shared name and how many, and I number them from the next free number. Several with the same name fold into one row on this page.
- Default
- Numbering carries on from the highest number you already have.
- For
- Desks, bays, pitches: identical things that get numbered.
- Leave it alone if
- Your rooms all have their own names.
- For example
- A village hall. Bay one to bay eight for the car park.
- A co-working hub. Desk one to desk fifteen in one go.
